I would like to share honest feedback about my recent Flipkart shopping. We placed an order for a Watch which was delivered on the very next day, however after receiving the shipment, we found that it is a duplicate watch and dial cover (glass) has come out. I tried 3 times to reach the customer care and briefed them about the issue. Every time I got a complaint number, but no one took any action. They say "our team will contact you in 24 hours" but no one contacts you. The complaint no of the last complaint was 130901-007541 and the name of the lady I spoke to was "Chhaya".
I have mentioned the complaint no hence may be senior officials of Flipkart can look into this issue. The concept of online shopping is amazing but with such level of service, people will be scared to shop online. This is not the first time we faced such issue. The last time my friend shopped a watch through Flipkart and the duplicate watch was delivered. He complaint and later the watch got exchanged with the original one.
I guess there is a lot of scope of getting cheated for shopping any electronic product through Flipkart, however in past I did few other shopping and never found any issues.
