After having a concern about my order, I decided to contact customer care as there is no meaningful help from the FAQs in the Flipkart app. But after calling in, I felt it was really a bad idea. If the customer care is busy they will give an AI generated voice to check the order updates page but the page doesnt have anything over there and if i could help myself from there what is the reason for me to contact helpdesk. I dont understand this. They are not even asking us to wait. If the customer care is busy the AI voice pops up and call gets cut. This is the worst customer care service I have seen. The products are also wrongly priced in few cases and they are not even receiving calls for raising the concern. Poor customer care service. Havent expected this from Flipkart after all.
