I have been a regular customer from Flipkart for the electronic goods, however, they have let me down on this occasion. My flipkart Order # OD20730171507, which was on a Cisco wi-fi router - WAG120N, which I received in time as promised and requested, no issues with that.
However, when I opened the DSL router, it had everything inside but not the DSL splitter. Now Flipkart might argue it was not mentioned in the product description, however, if I m buying a mobile, I expect to get the charger and the USB data cable.
I have arranged this on my own now by paying Rs 350, which is not a big concern at all, but before posting this review, I just inquired the local stores and the same model comes with the Splitter, which is the original equipment and I am made to use something in cheaper quality than what I should have got, as Flipkart did not mention that the product wont come along with the Splitter!
I am quite upset about this chapter and would like FK to write to me on how could they be cheating us like this?
