Here are my orders. All of them were okay but the last one OD20814000991 disappointed me. Here I ordered 3 products and you CANCELLED Ralph Lauren Big Pony 2 EDT - 125 ml (For Men), WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING ME. No call, no email, no sms. When I got the order I came to know that I got only two of the items.
How does that that work, ha...!!! Do you regularly cancel the orders of the customers without informing. I came to know about this when I came back to India after month’s outing.
Now, I am not aware why this was ever cancelled and I can see this product is available on website, however the price has been increased and there is no discount which was there. And I feel "FLEECED" now.
You know something, I have been a great "FAN" of flipkart. I have recommended flipkart to my entire friend circle but to my surprise my faith in you is all shattered.
I don’t want to use hard words as it doesn’t make any difference, I am giving you a chance to regain my trust and loyalty by providing the same product Ralph Lauren Big Pony 2 EDT - 125 ml (For Men) at the same price I ordered for Rs 1632/-.
