I purchased new Panasonic Eluga Ray 810 from Flipkart and instead of new product I received a used / open box mobile on November 19, 2020.
Within a short time after receiving the phone I requested a refund on November 19, 2020 .
Since then I am waiting for someone to call me and pick up the used open box phone that I received from the Flipkart.
I tried calling them but cant get to any one. they must be screening calls.
