Extremely poor servicr

Product ordered Zoook ZB JAZZ Wireless mobile tablet speaker.


Ordered on 16th of October.


Expected delivery 4th of November.


First attempt of delivery made on Saturday 30th October. The delivery boy was clearly told that the delivery needs to be done before 2pm. He assured us that he will communicate the same to the call centre. Despie that the 2nd attempt was promised on the 2nd of November. WHICH DID NOT HAPPEN. Then on the 4th which was the original delivery date, we were infirmed that the irder stands cancelled.


Upon calling customer service we were rudely turned down by Ashish the telecom operator, Sobhna the supervisor and Nasim the manager.


After extensive beating around the bush we were turned down fair service from this apparantly leading delivery service. In a competitive market this is a particularly bad stroke for Flipkart.
