This is my favorite shopping website. Once you do your research on the seller well(checking reviews on sellers and products both), you are set. Never got a product with problems, so I don’t know how the site and sellers deal with complaints.
I am aware that some products don’t offer after-sales services, pointing out various reasons why the receipts of payment(from the seller and flipkart’s online receipt) are not valid. But so far, I haven’t had to deal with this problem myself. If manufacturers of the products give such excuses for their products bought via flipkart, they must be adopting similar policy towards other websites as well. so I really hope manufacturers’ attitude will change in the near future, and more fair trade practices will improve India’s online shopping experience.
At present, I find this is the best Indian shopping website as such. Have tried others as well - like snapdeal, homeshop18, amazon.in. But somehow or the other, I will always search flipkart first for the products I am looking for.
