Good place to buy, and you do get it fast. However, if you have the misfortune to require help from customer service, you’re dead. The customer service is completely stupid.
I bought a phone here and experienced signal issues. Since it was brand new, check with my mobile phone operator to make sure that the issue was not with the operator and with the phone itself. Naturally, this took some time and by the time I got back to flipkart I’d overshot the 1 month replacement guarantee. No amount of explanations could make the customer service folk understand. Funnily, it would have been better if I’d just dumped the phone back to them without bothering to check with my operator.
Buy only if you’re confident that you’ll never require customer support. I would never buy here again.
