I had a great experience shopping on flipkart.I had ordered shoes from this online shopping site. The product was delivered in time. The quality of the product is satisfatory. The size was not fitted, so called customer care and the CSE took my complain and said that the product would be replaced with correct size in two days and it was replaced indeed in time. In addition to that App is user family.
