I know few friends who don’t enjoy Flipkart more in compare of other online sites. But for me it is working very well for me without any problem so far.In past I wasn’t using it more, but now I am using it regularly.
The most good thing about this site from which I got attracted is that this is the only site(as far as I know) which provide cash on delivery option at my area. So yes it is plus point for any site. Plus I have found that it delivers the product in short time than the estimated time. So I am happy with delivery process. They also having quality products. So far whatever shopping I did from this site, all products are good in quality. Never face any kind of problem regarding the product.
I don’t know about return policy, as I never have to go through this procedure so far. And sometimes they really offers good deal in compare to other sites which makes them unique. Go for it.
