First of all there is a variety of product on flipkart.com. Some products are genuine and good but some products are seems to be very low quality and not cost worthy. The price of the products are pretty much higher than comparatively to the other E-commerce websites. Customer Service not so good. There is need of lot of improvements in customer service. Delivery service is average. The presentation of the products is so attractive. App and website layout is very good. I must say flipkart is not so reliable for online shopping.
