Order Micromax canvas HD mobile which during their festive offer was with 2 offers- Very next day receive an e-mail of order cancellation and money refund, but no one mentioned as why the order got cancelled.
I called up the customer care - after multiple attempt call got connected. they informed that my credit card name was appearing different at back end so they cancelled. I asked for solution and they informed me to share the photo id proof. which I did and placed a fresh order. They promised a call back from their operations team in 24 hrs which never came.
Again the order got cancelled and they informed that since the document received late so the order got cancelled and to place a fresh order now,
Place a new order on Saturday of the same product whose price was now increased by Rs. 500/-
To my surprise today morning received an order cancellation mail again, no call, no communication as why they cancelling order.
If Flipkart do not want to deliver goods they why they put it on sale and trouble the client.
