I placed an order 10 days back for a Nikon DSLR Camera and still haven’t received the camera 3 days after the ETA. Nobody comes to deliver and still keeps on sending the mail everyday evening stating that the product is undelivered in 1st, 2nd, . attempts and so on. Can’t they make a single call if they’re having difficulty in locating place or finding the receiver? Despite staying back at home for whole day, haven’t got chance to see what I’ve purchased! Nobody came and still keeps on telling that nobody received the product whenever talk to customer care.
Pathetic after sale service from flipkart. Customer care is asking me to check with courier company. Why would I deal with courier company when I’ve placed order over Flipkart?
