I had placed 2 orders on 19th February 2015. Order id OD002118182788418500, the amount of rupees 21639 was deducted from my bank account but the product was not booked, then I thought amount will get credited into my account generally what happens with other websites.
Then I placed a fresh order with Cod for the same product, sadly after some time I had received both the confirmation, my another order I’d is OD202118220448651200. As soon I received the confirmation I cancelled the first order and opted for refund to original payment mode, but till date I have not received my money the date is 7th March today.
Now about the second order which was a defective product, they took it back and promised for the refund not the replacement as the item was out of stock. That amount was generated on 25 th of February and on the same day it was credited into my bank account too.
Now where is my second payment of 21639/- as both the orders was actually cancelled, one was canceled by me another one was defective which I had received.
I had called up so many times sent a bunch of mails, only things they are doing is saying sorry for the inconvenience caused,
Even they are not ready to accept that I have not received my both the payments so as a proof asking for the bank statement copy. I immediately sent my bank statement 3 times within 24 hours . Still no result other than getting a sorry.
Even surprisingly whenever I wrote a mail received some info which is completely changing when I’m calling them for the same issue,
I really don’t know when I will get my money back or they will ever give my money back or not?
They are cheaters they will rob never buy any high value products from them in trying to save some 1000 bucks,
Now the second drama started on 9th March, I have received a call from Flipcart saying they understand my problem and they will resolve the issue within 24 hours by refunding the amount. Now the time is 11pm 9th March but still not refunded my money, I gave a call to them by checking my account and asked for the UTR no. As a proof But again fraudulent they could not provide me the the reference no, as it was not generated . And asking me to wait for another 7-8 days,
I am strictly requesting you all my dear friends please don’t buy anything from them they will make you suffer a lot if you cancel the item or received a faulty product.
They are cheaters by cheating you they will earn chores but you will loose your hard earned money for sure,
