Order Cancellation

I placed an order for a Lenovo Tab for 5699 rupees. The order was placed and the delivery date was showing as 22 Aug 2014. On 21st Night I get a email saying that the order is cancelled because of insufficient information.


I called up the support desk and the first customer serervice rep put the call on hold for 5 minutes and then the call got disconnected. I called up again and the second representative was highly responsible and he verified and told me that the order is cancelled due to some technical reason. He created a service ticket and assured me of some action.


While issues with IT systems are expected, the company has no system in place to check such instance is showing the interest on customer satisfaction.Customer satisfaction is something that will make or break a company in the long run.


Next time I need to buy something, I will make sure not to choose flipkart.
