I purchased an earphone from Tatacliq which was defective and one channel wasn’t working.I received the unit on 06/08/17informed them about the defect on 09/08/17 .Till date they have neither picked it up nor paid my money back.Please be aware of such e commerce companies.If they can do like this for a paltry amount, they can do everything for heavy amounts.Their customer care public are simply careless about customers.They assure you to return your money.show their finance /commercial departments as taking up the case and solving…but all good for nothing.And all this for how many bucks you guess! It’s only for Rs.114/-What a pity…
