I used to prefer Flipkart becuase it was Indian site but now prefer amazon even if their price is slightly higher which is very rare. Why?
I once ordered two products as 2 different orders and got shipping charged Rs 40/- on each. Then flipkart shipped both of them together. The question was not of money but the principle, they charged me for a service they didn’t provide.
Why was I charged cost of shipping 2 times when this order is delivered together.You are trying to make a fool of the customer.
Flipkart:(they sent a genric reply) If the order value is less than Rs.500/-, a shipping charge of Rs.40/- is applicable per product in the order with WS Retail as our sellers process their orders separately.
However, not all sellers might have this free shipping limit and the shipping charges vary as per the policies of the respective sellers.Why should I pay for 2 products of each costs about 40
