Firstly when I started using window shopping , there is only one name is in news advertisement flipkart flipkart flipkart.only name that I had heard from any of my friend is flipkart. because that time amazon was not famous then amazon get started selling priduct at low price than the flipkart.many of customer moved to amazon and I was also one of them.
customer service : I wont blaming to customer service both are very good at handling the customer .
product quality : qaulity of the product are very good but prices of them makes u feel bad .
delivery time : I have some issue with their delivery time .sometime they deliver the product after delivery date with a regret message .i have experienced of this.
app and website : app and website are also good .but thatbis matter when price is high .
realibility: yes I give full marks to their realibility
