My efforts to speak to a supervisor were not helpful so I sent an e-mail and posted a review/complaint under the product review hoping it would reach someone responsible. In brief this is what transpired: The person that called was not a supervisor and asked me to think of him as one when I asked for his position. He gave me an entirely different story from the two rep’s I spoke to in the call centre. I was asked to wait for another 3-5 business days for the order, which I couldn’t so I cancelled the order and bought the book at a local book store. I felt I should have done this in the first place.
There was another item in the order, a pack of Verbatim Cds. The website said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days and after 10 days they tell me it is not in stock and asked me to order something else. The website still shows that it is available and lets you order. I thought after all this.
Thank god it was a Cash on Delivery order or I would have had to run around for the refund, because you see it is their policy, "they don t do refunds."
