I have purchased 7 products from flipkart. It has a very good tracking system. The pricing is not competitive. You have other options like snabdeal, Ebay etc. with best price. I have no doubt about the genuineness of the products. Absolutely go blind and buy.
In my 4th order, I had a delay in delivery and I was not able to track the product with Bluedart either. But flipkart responded very well till the end.
