Bought a split ac with free installation mentioned on the site. manufacturers technician claims installation will be charged. I call up flipkart & they dont wanna commit the free installation until I send them screen shots of the free installation offer. then they agree to do it free by 14th aug. no correspondence from them on this n writing even on insisting.
today on 16th aug installation not done yet. after complaining I get a call from them saying installation is to be charged.
I am left with no option but to get the installation done by someone outside.what surprises me is that everytime I spoke to their CS, they wanted to know the entire story over & over again. I went thru this atleast 3-4 times in as many days. dont they have a system which saves the last conversation? why do customers have to face this trouble.im sick of their processes and inefficiency. pathetic!
