I order samsung galaxy on 7 from flipkart and my order is placed succesfully and its shows my delivery time 3 working days from my order placed date but I get my phone after 6 days I only want to say that why they promise that they deliver at time.
AND also when I received my phone and I going to check it and I was shocked its was a defected because its touchwiz is not working properly. When I call to costemer services to exchange my phone then they argument with me and suggest me to do that press vol key power botton, reboot your phone , etc etc . I only say that am purchase a new phone not a old one from your website so replace my phone as quick as you can .then they say that you have to wait for 14 days. Am not going to use flipkart anymore.
