After receiving defective product not replcement

I had purchased gaming mouse form flipkart received defective product customer care executive said me please raise replacement request at app I follow step executive told me but they declined 3 time request after 72hour again I contact customer care executive they said plaese our team working on this I happen 15 days this product not replcement not any updates from flipkart not good experience from flipkart.
