Angry and disappointed with my 1st purchase of a Hidesign bag from flipkart. Ive experience a set back to hear that the company doesnt not have a return and refund policy but a replacement policy of the same piece.. which when you recd and didnt like.. strange and surprised as competitors have all their policies aligned with customer satisfaction and Ive never faced an issue with Jabong or Myntra etc..
Now Flipkart doesnt want to take a return and refund the Rs.2500 worth Hidesign back and m so angry and made at myself.. With the current situation of Flipkart its high time they think about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and not their profitability. Maybe coz of this the company has been running into loses and hopefully might shut down soon. WAKE UP & CHANGE. (order no.OD30615052295)
