They under promise but always over deliver.
In the past I’ve ordered a large number of books from them and irrespective of whether it’s imported or a domestic edition Flipkart has always sourced it and delivered it two days before their stipulated delivery time.
On one occasion where the product was unavailable without having to follow up with customer care my refund was credited. Now this is what brands need to follow and learn from .... after my terrible experience with Indiatimes Shopping I’m going to be sure that Flipkart will be the only online shopping portal I use.
