The customer care service is pathetic. They will tell you that you will get a call within 02 days for any problem and that will become 02 months.
My order id OD304187861527045000, ordered on 17 oct, not received till today 22 dec.
But for amazon, they got my product replaced within 03 days.
The beauty of customer care is that they have only that info which you can easily get on your account id.
customer care call, then 02 days wait, then again customer care call, then wait for their call for 02 days, I repeated this for 17 times and still nothing.
They have apologised to me 17 times.
And they were appreciating my patience for 02 months.
They always appreciate, say nice words but no work.
I wished they were less polite but better problem solver.
I am studying for some exam and I think because of them my this 02 months has been lost.
But I am a very patient person and god fearing. For me next step is CONSUMER COURT.
Kindly first buy from amazon. Do not buy from flipkart. You will get the product, but if any mishap, nothing can be done.
