I have been using flipkart since few years and used service in only Bangalore with satisfaction. This time I have moved to Delhi and ordered product on 24th Sept and after 8 days when I have not heard anything I called customer care and I was shocked when CC says that they have not received my payment and he started asking my details like when I paid what I purchased. It was really very annoying to me and later he disconnected the call.
I called second time and again female CC asked me same detail and finally after long time she was able to find my payment details and assured me that my product would reach to me soon. I again called CC next day and believe me this time I was jumped on my seat when CC again said that payment has not been received then I again told the same story and finally she again did the same stuff and assured me that I would get the product soon.
Now I am waiting for product and its more than 8 days and believe me next time I would think 100 time before buying from Flipkart.I would suggest you all please don’t order anything from Flipkart if you need it immediately and staying outside of Bangalore.
I have small update about this on 8th October and finally Flipkart cancelled my order and asked me to wait for refund..they have cancelled it after almost an month. I am not saying Flipkart is doing it every time with every customer but I don’t care about other customer. It’s me who suffered and would not use it in future.
Please use only COD if you really want to use Flipkart so that no issue for refund and you can buy from market in mean time of delay delivery.
I have wasted one month and I dint get anything and still fighting to get my money back. still on date 23/10/12 I have not received my amount in Bank and following up with Flipkart.
