Ordered the "Microsoft Desktop 2000 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo"on 11th Oct with confirmation that I’ll receive product in 6-8 days.
Did not receive any communication till 16th morning, so I called customer care, and was told that matter is being escalated and I will receive call in 24 hrs.It also did not happen.
17th evening I called, customer care person said order has been shipped, wait till next morning for details of courier.waited and waited.I did not happen.
18th again I called, customer care person said order has not been shipped, ESCALATING, I asked call to be transfer to supervisor, who told me within 24hrs he will update me. Also once I have made an order, I will receive it(the product is now out of stock). In night supervisor called back saying 2 more days are required.
On 19th, I receive a mail, ORDER CANCELLED. no call, no verbal communication. nothing. Have been with Flipkart since 2 yrs.. happy customer.. But now I seriously have to think about other sites also. ORDER ID : OD21011201348
