Online shopping has become a necessity rather than a luxury, it saves time, money and the most important your mind from hoch-poch of shopkeepers and middlemen. There are several e commerce websites from which I have bought stuffs such as Snapdeal, Myntra, Jabong, Pepperfry, Tradus and Flipkart the baap of Indian online store(as it wrongly refers itself, it’s actually saala, who robs you unapologetically). I recently ordered for 5 Books, Philips Portable Speakers and a pair of jeans. I was eagerly waiting for the products, and to my surprise the day after I made the order, I got a mail informing me that as I had cancelled the orders they wouldn’t be able to deliver the product. I really had no idea as to when did I cancelled the order. I checked and found out that they had cancelled the order maybe because the product which I ordered i.e Philips speakers( https://flipkart.com/philips-sba1700-mp3-portable-speaker/p/itmd2ff2z6jqjzqn?pid=ACCD2FEYY6NGUDRP&) was for 850, as there was a discount on it, but now it shows 2100.
Probably they could not bear the loss or something else, and yes where are my books which I ordered? In the first place why do you keep such offers if you have to cancel the order on your own. Don’t make such false offers if you do not intend to provide us with the discounted product. This behavior has lost you 1+n. customers. This gimmick has seriously damaged your reputation
