Flipkart shows Fake dilivery date’s on there portal for all product
I have ordered wakfit Ortho mattress on Feb 28th and the dilivery date was on 10th March. But the flipkart team called and told due to some logistics issue it will get delivered on 13 March, But again flipkart is telling we will deliver it on 19th March. Very horrible people, no respect for customer words, they don’t want customer satisfaction but product need to be sold. Flipkart is cheating people by showing different dilivery date’s on it’s App which is not correct. Once the product is booked it’s changing the dates and giving reasons like dilivery issue. In my case the seller is in Bangalore only and they are telling shipment problem. This type of issues with flipkart is 3rd time am facing from them so be careful while ordering big product worth of 5000 and above.
