I have shopped at Flipkart several times. I was so impressed by their delivery system and customer care.
But last month I placed an order, without checking the latest reviews. From the experience I was left wondering if this is the flipkart I knew.
Order was placed on 26th, got a message that it was shipped the same day. No sign of it for two weeks. sends a query, no follow up on that. Calls up. person tells ’I’ll see if it reaches you in 24 hrs, else we’ll cancel it’.
Big favour! Cancelled the order, yes after more than 2 weeks. But even after 12 days no sign of the refund. No correspondence, nothing.
Calls up again, person says the refund process is not even initiated.Asks for 10 MORE DAYS..
Never had such irresponsible behaviour from any portal.Going through the reviews I see that this is routine now.
Flipkart has changed beyond recognition.
Totally disgusting experience. I’ll never buy anything from them again. It has gone to dogs. Awaiting a slow sad demise.RIP
