I ordered Redmi 2 prime on 13/09/2015 & got the delivery on 17/09/2015.Within 20 days I started facing problems with this phone.SO I requested them for replacing this device with a new one.My replacement request got registered & I receive a call from them for the same.
They told me to follow their instructions in order to find problems in the phone.I followed the same & result was bad i.e., there were many problems in the phone.They told m that they are initiating a replacement request & are preparing my new order for replacement but till now I didn’t receive already 20+ days gone after receiving their call
