I have been tracking refund for more than 2 weeks for an undelivered product(OD118812957867206000), marked as delivered by Flipkart Still no luck, even after providing SMS of order rejection as proof, the issue is being closed without informing me. I am stuck clueless now, didnt expect this from flipkart, I wonder what has changed in their policies, wasnt the case earlier.
