I have been using flipkart for many years now and have always been happy with their service. But now, I think the focus is all off.they’ve started doing big time goof up and I won’t be surprised if they’re eaten by competition.
Simple story, my wife placed an order for a camera as a anniversary gift for her parents on 27th Feb.believe it or not it’s still not delivered and the money yet to be refunded.
Comedy of errors as follows:
1) Product delivery address was changed by somebody else! Shows how secure their site is.beware of payment on their site
2) Twice it was not shipped and courier folks claimed it was out of delivery area(bluedart - though personally we’ve sent courier via bluedart to same address). Guessing flipkart has a cheaper bluedart option that works only 50% of the time
3) Product was finally cancelled on 16th Mar and money was supposed to be credited back to account in 7 to 10 working days
4) April 7th now and still no sign of money. Status on website shows as shipped
All in all stay away! Don’t want to waste my time anymore writing
