I am writing this complaint against an on line portal called Flip-kart. I have been using this company since they were in the market. fortunately I never I had to contact their support desk but this time it was a night mare.
I ordered a phone "lenovo K3 note", I received the phone on time however when I opened the box, there was no ear buds(may be company is not providing) a screen guard which was of a VERY VERY CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY. I tried to use it but it had no gum and I had to throw it away. I thought its just matter of another 200 bux its al right. I started using the phone and noticed that this device gets heated if I use it for around 5 mins and doesnt matter what I use " pretty strange" then I noticed that I had to charge the phone with its own original charger for around 6-7 hours to get 90% charging "strange again". then I noticed that the speaker is not of a good quality as well because when I received couple of calls the sound of the other personal who is talking was terrible and I couldnt understand most of them in most of the calls.
I decided now to complaint to flipkart about it and it was VERY NEXT DAY WHEN I COMPLAINT. I tried to call this company and got to know that they dont have a damn INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE and even if they have then I am not able to connect with them at all. When I called the IVR checked with my cell no. and with a new no. provided by me whether I have any account/order with flipkart or not and later on I got a message from the IVR THAT ITS NOT ABLE TO FIND ANY ACCOUNT WITH THE PHONE NOS. PROVIDED PLEASE KEEP ON USING THE DAMN MOBILE APP.
I sent an email and received call from a guy who wanted to run a scan-check and we did and got to know the battery is 40 degrees c hot. even when I am not using this phone device. he asked me to wait for a day or two . I received another call from an idiot and she was very rude, unprofessional, impatient moron who hung up.
then I recived another call from another idiot who hung up. then another and then another and then another . they were just trying to create a damn fuck_ing log at their end that they did call the customer several times.
then I received a call from flipkart yesterday and the guy agian asked me to run the scan check in several ways. I wasnt even able to hear him properly as the speaker of this device is terrible. I sent him a call recording of our conversation to listen so that he will get to know the voice quality of speaker but I didnt get any response from him.
Today I received another call from a lady said she will help me. HELP WHAT YOU ASsS_HOLES. I told you several times about the no. of problems and did cooperate with your fuck_ing checks and on top of that I sent you a damn call recording now WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT. I did request the sr. management to call me so that I could complain about the product and the pathetic customer service.
BUT NOBODY FROM FLIPKARTS SR. MANAGEMENT TOOK PAIN IN HIS/HER ASSS TO CALL THE CUSTOMER and the idiots who called are definitely form a third party company who is providing support to flipkart.
after a long conversation toady with the moron lady I had to hungup and I warned her that I either want this device to be changed or refund my money.
I dont think a company called LENOVO will manufacture such products with defects without running any quality checks. I am sure there is something wrong these hands are not GENUINE.
I still dont have any response from flipkart about this.
I WILL SUGGEST - PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. You should compare their prices are higher than other sites, they have hidden charges - for example - the will offer something cheaper than market rate and then add another fee as delivery charges etc. ON top of that even if you pay higher amount and purchase you can get their support desk BECAUSE THEY DONT HAVE ANY.!
You will keep sending emails and they wont respond and finally if you will get a call YOU WILL NOT AT ALL GET ANY RESOLUTION AND OF COURSE YOU CANT JUST WALK IN THEIR OFFICE.
STOP USING THIS FRAUD SITE AND PAY MORE BUT BUY DIRECTLY EITHER FROM OUTLET WHERE YOU CAN COMPLAIN OR SOME GOOD COMPANY WHO HAS A CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND GOOD MANAGEMENT WHO VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS.
I will wait for 24 hours and If I dont get a response that they will change my phone I will file a charge back and also take a legal action.
