Hi friends, I would like to share a pathetic experience with the biggest online shopping website "flipkart.com". I was very loyal to this company and I’ve bought number of mobiles from this website. On big billion sale period, Ive order Mi4i which was avilable for good discount price Rs.9000. Though it was available for Rs.8500 on Amazon with one day delivery, I still ordered the phone from "flipkart". But the thing is this company has cancelled my order after waiting for 20 days for no reason and asked me to wait for 10 business day to get my refund. That duration has passed way. Again I was asked to wait for 10 business days after calling them. Overall it’s been a month, I still didn’t get money. I’m very disappointed! Guys, now I believe "Flipkart.com" is not trust worth company with worst customer support!
