In Flipkart website its mentioned, 30 day easy return policy.
However, when requested for a return for a defective product, customer care people are saying to go to Service center and bring a job sheet.
Then only you can return it.
Why these information are not in their website?
Is this to fool customers?
or to put more task on customer, so that customer will never go to a service center and the product will be sold with defects?
If I would know these policy, I would have purchased from many other sites available.
