Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML
I got a defective peace. First the charger was not working, but since the phone was partially charged when I received it, I turned it. Phone looks good but I could not use any feature. after few hours the phone started giving constant buzzing noise, very irritating. I have sent a message to Flipkart and got the response that they will resolve the issue in 10 days, I hope in the mean time the battery will be fully dead and I wont have to listen to the irritating buzzing noise for 10 days. Flipkart really needs to improve its after sales service.
I finally got a call from Flipkart Customer service, the guy wanted me to take the phone to the Asus service center, I told him that it is brand new phone which is not working and Flipkart should replace it or give me a refund, he said as per FlipKart policy, Flipkart will not make the refund or replacement unless it is received in broken condition and I should take it to the service center to check if the phone is defective or broken and then only Flipkart will do any thing.
Now I am out Rs.30, 000 and have a defective phone which I can not do any thing about.
I WARN EVERYONE, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY.
