Guys, I am using flipkart for almost 5-6 years and I am giving this review from my experience only. I purchase products of most categories like electronics, books, fashion.
I had to say that it is the best website for online shopping tll now among all that I have used(amazon is equally good). I will give my review on the basis of following:
1) easy to use: its interface is very simple and you can easily search for product and buy it.
2) variety: flipkart contains almost all varieties of products such as fashion, electronic, books, furnitures, sports etc.
3) delivery time: most of my products are delivered on time(except few cases which is acceptable).
4) payment options: you get almost all kind of payment options including cash on delivery, therefore no problem with payment options as you can choose the option which suits you.
5) product quality: all the products that are sold on flipkart are 100% genuine(quality depends on brand).
6) policy:this is the part where flipkart steals the show from others. I am very impressed with their 30 day return policy. if you have any problem with any product, just fill return/replacement and they will not question you.
7) product information: they provide very detailed information of every product and that too 100% correct.
and finally
7) customer service: I must say its the best I have seen in all online shopping sites. I had problem with one phone I purchased, I fill the return after 28 days. they accepted my return without any questioning and refunded my money.
