Flipkart needs to improve its customer service

I have found products listed in Flipkart slightly expensive after doing a comparison with other online shopping websites. On some occasions whenever I have found some electronic products such as Headset or pen drive at lower price on Flipkart compared to other sites I just couldn’t go ahead and buy it. The reason being whenever I added my pin code for Himachal Pradesh on the product availability box it said could not be delivered   cash on delivery. I always use cash on delivery for the simple reason because of what I have read about the weird experience of online shoppers who received defected products or boxes with stones in it. So I have maintained that while shopping irrespective of any online website I always use COD  option so that I can verify in front of the delivery man.


Though Flipkart was the first company that got me into confidence to shop online when they used to sell only books. However my experienced changed when my friends keep on getting stuck with some issue now and then with Flipkart regarding the return policies or cancellation of products. The negative point is that they don’t provide the free delivery on as many products as compared to other online websites. I hope they improve their customer service a lot more because if the customer relationship can last longer it will invariably help grow the business a lot more.
