India’s first online shopping giant with over 30, 000 employees has a wide area of service network all over India. Eventhough I am living in remote area I am able to book the products and get it within the promised dates. So their service network is good. But I have doubts about the products they sell. I have purchased many products from Flipkart. Almost 1 year before my friend bought moto phone from flipkart from bangalore. After getting the phone, he opened the pack and took the phone out from the box. I was also present at the same time. When he switched on the phone, the battery level was arround 96% . He was suspicious about it and called and informed the customer care and as per their advise it was quite natural. But he could not agree that and the flipkart team sent their technical person to inspect the phone. Once he inspected he also made a report that the phone was working good. But after that my friend called the moto customer care and informed these incidents. The customer care agent asked him to provide the IMEI number. While checking the IMEI was not in their records, means the phone was not an authorized product from moto company. After that my friend again called the flipkart agent and complainted about this cheating. After few miniutes he received a call from flipkart team and instructed him to return the product and he got his full amount refunded in the very next day. So please be vigilant while purchasing electronic products from flipkat. Now the charge higher rates as compared to its competitors.
