I bought a laptop online from flipkart.
When the courier(their own courier) person contacted me to deliver the product, I realised how difficult it was to interact because he didn’t understand Hindi or English. Though my instruction to them was to deliver to the concerned person at my communication address, the courier guy actually gave the laptop to the person who was trying to tell him the route to my house in Bangalore.
That courier gentleman didn’t have the patience to come to my place - thankfully the receiver of the laptop gave it to me - I was wondering would they have done this mischief had I not prepaid them? When I wrote a review in their own website( flipkart.com), they were prompt enough to remove it. That’s the reason, we see only goodie goodie review comments on them on their site.
I would think a million times before ordering any product from them.
