I ordered a new phone from Flipkart.they delivered a defect phone! The phone disply is not working.i paid for new phone and got detected phone.when called customer services they are processing my request and after two days they are calling back and saying the same stories.i did this for 6times.and I’m still waiting for the courier executive to get pick up my phone.its already been a week of calling them almost every day.waiting for there senior executive.so don’t faith on Flipkart service.
