#Frustrated from pathetic service provided by flipkart.com, I placed my order of Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML(4 GB RAM and 32 GB ROM) order ID(OD304193596871357000) from email address(amit.singh.pundir0005@gmail.com) at a price of Rs 17449 from flipcart.com’s Big billion sale on 17TH of Oct’2015 through my Cred824it card on EMI, Delivery date of my phone was scheduled on 23RD of oct’15 but I didn’t get the phone on that date and phone delivery date was scheduled again and again, first 25TH then 28Th then 29Th and then 1St of November 2015. I didn’t get my phone on this date as well.
I called flipkart’s executive several times and each time they said that they can’t do anything about the delivery date as that is not in their hand. THEN WHY THEY ARE SITTING THERE TO HELP CUSTOMERS IF THEY CANNOT PROVIDE HELP. Finally the day comes when my phone was delivered to me on 4Th of nov’15, Excitedly, When I unpacked the phone I found that it was not working and remained dead even after 3 hours charging. I informed Flipkart’s phone executive and I requested for replacement of the phone. Replacement date was scheduled on 7Th of November ’15. Important to mention here that as I bought the phone on EMI so I was charged by the Bank for first month for the product I was not using. Finally my phone got replaced and again after replacement I got a phone which was dead as of previous one.
I complaint flipcart’s phone executive regarding the same which was of no help and they again asked me for a longer time to wait for the phone replacement. Finally feeling very much mentally harassed and frustrated from the Service I asked for refund of my phone, In this also they said that they can refund me my money after 8 days when my product will reach their warehouse so approximately I have to wait for my refund for approximately 10 days and I have to aishwaryasingh23 bank’s next month’s installment as well for the useless product…….WTH!. Now I have decided not to go with Flipkart.com for any future online purchases.
