I love to shop online. Now these days flipkart is giving amazing deals on the mobile app so I decided to purchase. I selected a nike running shoes and I purchased it because it is available at such a great price as compared to market shops and showrooms. I ordered the product and it was not delivered on time. When I contacted customer support they say that they have some technical issue in their system so they didn’t helped me. I again contacted with the customer support team and they told me that the shoe will be delivered within next 15 days.
I waited and yes I got my product after 20 days of ordering the product. When I unpacked the courier I found they provided me both the shoe of same foot. I was really disappointed with the service and quality they provided me.
Anyhow I returned the shoe and got my money back.
