Product Delivery Late

Last week on 18th I had booked a Moto G mobile through Flipkart, my expected delivery was on 22/5/2014, but today its already 26th, but still I have not received my product, if I call to customer care they tell that my order was dispatched on 19th only through ecom courier service, but that courier company has never contacted me.


Everybody says Flipkart online shopping is best in India, but I have lost faith on this, I am planing to put a case on this company for cheating me. even customer care is also so bad they are not responding correctly


They are telling they have sent through ecom courier, but I have never heard that courier company name anywhere any suggestions guys. I need to sue this company for cheating. I have paid full amount through my credit card! :[


Guys this company is very bad, don’t shop anything from this company.
