Delivery Delay and Making people unhappy

Please be aware of these Flipkart Guys are horrible. Please see the email I have sent to them. Waiting for their reply. they keep on saying sorry but there has to be some reason why they did that to me.

Dear Managers, please go through the entire email chain and read the below.


This product was so important to me only because of My Nephew choose it for him self, he is a kid who is not aware about money or any brand, just he pointed out and said Uncle I need this blue one.


U know it was his b’day 2nd Nov, and I saw on ur website it said the item will be delivered by Nov 2nd Sat Noon.


But you know, ( if you have kids and you have seend them crying for something which you are capable to give anytime more expensive but due to some one u are not able to)


YOU MISSED MY NEPHEW’S BDAY, AND THIS IS NOT ACCETABLE.


Answers my below questions in ur next reply, and ask some responsible person take this case, or else I am going to complaint this in court, I do not bother about money, the love to my nephew I lost,




  1. Why your website said it can be delivered on Sat Nov 2nd?




2  Why you did not informed in on 1st that you are not delivering my order on said date?




  1. Why when I inquired and said I need this product to be delivered by 2nd; your agent called and confirmed yes its possible and will be delivered on said time?




  2. If you are going to give me excuse of non-working day or a holiday, that is something not acceptable, these holidays we know from starting of the year, this is not new.




  3. Why you did not email me that you missed the delivery?




  4. Why ur website is still showing that I will get my product by Nov 2nd Sat?






Please see the screen shot attached which is a proof that you people made me fool.


You know its like: You snatched money from me, you promised that you will deliver, I trusted you gave you money and now you denied giving some really sad reasons. is this how you are getting money from all customers? cheating them by saying lie?


Now that product is not of any use of mine its a piece of cloth, as you made it like that.


You know I am not that bad who will fight for$20 or some 1000 RS product we donate every month more than this, the only reason I am stressing on this topic is you made me look down, u made a kid cry. thats really not acceptable.


This email will be in all of the social network sites, will let all forums know about what you did. and what excuses you are giving now and I will make sure head of your company reads it.


Please answers my questions, let some authoritative person respond to me.
