All of FlipKart’s product pages state their products are 100% brand new, original. I was shocked to receive a used product with an open seal. The seller on FlipKart is WSRetail.
The issues with the product are:
-Open Box
-Seal around the laptop tampered with
-Charger pins bent inwards
-Usage marks and scuffs on the MacAir. Its an all aluminium body, so usage marks are easy to spot.
-The battery which is supposed to hold for more than 9 hours holds for just 3!
I requested a replacement which FlipKart DENIED outright saying the seller has disapproved.
