I ordered Redmi 4 32GB in its first flash sale, I received the order confirmation after few hours of placing the order, the order was shipped and they sent me the tracking details too. After 24 hrs of placing the order I received a mail saying that the order was cancelled. They didn’t even mention the reason for cancellation of the order in the mail, then I immediately contacted customer care and asked why the order was cancelled, he said some non sense reasons for the order cancellation. I requested him to tell the exact reason, he kept my call on hold often and often, only info he gave was the courier service had cancelled my order, he kept saying the same reason often and often instead of saying the exact reason. The customer service was so worst that they couldn’t give us the correct info. I requested him to deliver my order in time, he said that order once cancelled will not be delivered, he even asked me to place the order in the next sale then I asked him "How can I trust that my order will not be cancelled if placed in the next sale, then he told I can’t guarantee that. I placed the order in next sale too, they even cancelled the order for 2nd time, my order is not delivered yet so I can’t write anything about product quality, delivery time. The app and websites function really well with good user interface. Based on my experience, flipkart is not reliable at all. I scolded the customer support member for cancelling the order without any reason, due to this they blocked my account too. This is how flipkart respond to their customers.
