I used to be a big fan of flipkart but last few orders were miserable. realised that customer support is too bad to be called poor and calls are disconnected abruptly. worst to follow that no replies are received when contacted on emails. the previous 3 orders were never received despite waiting for over a month. seems its going from bad to worse.
It seems that the services of flipkart are going from bad to worsemy previous two orders have been cancelled without any justification. No justification was extended despite pursuing matters on telephone and repeated emails sent to you.More over, if there has been some genuine mistake in dispatch/courier then the items ordered should be made available at same price, on re logging in site, same product is either shown out of stock or at much higher quoted price
